With the belief that physical health is a key component of mental health, the purpose of The Move for Mind Foundation is to promote awareness, create an open dialogue, and provide philanthropic support for mental health through community events, programming, and partnerships.

There is a drastic need for improvement in the mental health of our communities. The primary focus of Move for Mind is to improve the mental health of those who need it most, and utilizing movement as a way to achieve this.
