Participants: all students ages 13-18 (no previous running experience required)

We currently meet twice a week for roughly 60-90 minute sessions. Current days/times are TBD.

Sessions Structure:

A typical club meeting will begin with an introduction of the session's topic along with a guided warm-up for our run. The specific run type, distance, and groupings will vary week to week and will be adjusted as needed in order to be inclusive of all participants. During some runs, participants may be asked to reflect on aspects of the session's topic. Each session will end with further exploration of, reflection on, and discussion about the topic.

Waveny Park in New Canaan, CT is our current meeting spot. We are seeking to add additional regular locations for variety and increased participation. Waveny Park is located at 677 South Ave, New Canaan, CT 06840.

Free! Snacks and drinks will also be provided at no cost (though donations are always welcome).
