Fun Run

We start our events with a fun run around 45 minutes. Not up for that long of a run? No problem! It's up to you how far and fast you run.

Discussion

The fun runs are followed by discussions on mental health led by Move for Mind program facilitators. This is a time for participants to explore the connection between running and mental health, share personal stories, and practice meaningful life skills such as gratitude, empathy, and vulnerability.

    May is mental health awareness month, and what better way to help #RunDownTheStigma than by participating in Move for Mind’s 2022 Run Down the Stigma 5K presented by Fleet Feet Burbank and Mizuno!
