WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT
Our Fun Run + Discussion events provide:
A sense of belonging in a supportive community
Meaningful and inspiring conversation on mental health
Oppurtunity for collaboration with those around us
WHAT WE DO
We start our events with a fun run around 45 minutes. Not up for that long of a run? No problem! It's up to you how far and fast you run.
The fun runs are followed by discussions on mental health led by Move for Mind program facilitators. This is a time for participants to explore the connection between running and mental health, share personal stories, and practice meaningful life skills such as gratitude, empathy, and vulnerability.
