Participants:
All students ages 13-18 are encouraged to join! (no previous running experience required)
Time/Location:
We currently meet twice a week for roughly 90 minutes.
Tuesdays & Fridays 5:30pm-7:00pm

Sessions Structure:
A typical club meeting will begin with an introduction of the session's topic along with a guided warm-up for our run. The specific run type, distance, and groupings will vary week to week and will be adjusted as needed in order to be inclusive of all participants. During some runs, participants may be asked to reflect on aspects of the session's topic. Each session will end with further exploration of, reflection on, and discussion about the topic.
Cost:
Free! Snacks and drinks will also be provided at no cost (though donations are always welcome).
